In 1985 Mr. Torrence started the firm specializing in helping clients buy and sell small businesses and representing franchises looking to grow in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin. Since that time Torrence Enterprises has completed over 200 transactions in a wide variety of industries.John is not only intimate with the buying and selling of businesses as an intermediary but also first hand as a buyer and owner himself. He has also faced the reality of successes and failures in full and partial ownership in start up companies and understands intimately the important issues in purchasing an established business.He is dedicated to helping people make the best decisions based on each individual's personal goals.
